Pioneering pianist and live remixer Mark de Clive-Lowe brings his deep-rooted jazz sensibility into future-forward territory—building beats, sculpting sound, and flipping melodies in real time. Joining him is Brooklyn’s Melanie Charles, a triple-threat vocalist, flutist, and SP404 manipulator whose fearless improvisation bridges tradition and invention. Detroit’s Shigeto anchors the trio on drums, bringing seasoned producer instincts and fusing jazz roots with the head-nod pulse of his hometown’s iconic beat culture.

Together they perform material from their acclaimed collaboration “Hotel San Claudio”, channeling a vibrant synergy where acoustic meets electronic, rhythm meets abstraction, and every moment is created live on stage. Beats mutate, harmonies evolve, and textures collide into a spontaneous sonic landscape—equal parts deep listening and hip-shaking energy.

Representing Japan, Brooklyn, and Detroit, this trio doesn’t just cross borders—they dissolve them, crafting a sound that is rooted, restless, and alive. Expect a night of heavy grooves, experimental soul, and high-wire improvisation—music shaped in the moment, for the moment
